Welcome to the website for Pathways Learning Centre, the South Gloucestershire school for students who are temporarily unable to access mainstream schools.
Pathways Learning Centre provides education and support for a broad range of young people with varying needs, aged between 5-16 years old. We are a short term provision; supporting students who may be temporarily unable to attend their mainstream school for a variety of reasons. The vast majority of students are supported to return to their mainstream school, or transition to a new school or setting. A small number of students stay with us long term to complete their education. We work closely with many partners including parents/carers, schools, CAMHS, Educational Psychology, 0-25 service, FYPS, Youth Offending Team, Health Services and Social Care to provide the best support possible.
Our MISSION is… to provide outstanding individual provision for young people; enabling them to develop social and emotional independence, achieve success and fulfil their potential, now or through future pathways
We are PASSIONATE about ensuring the experiences of young people and the understanding of their individual needs are at the heart of the PLC
Our VISION is… to be the centre of excellence and lead provider for alternative learning provision in South Gloucestershire
